I make all the ear wires from surgical stainless steel myself. The resin disc is not glued or 'stuck' in any way to the ear wire, allowing free range of movement and therefore sparkle factor. The disc can be slid off and on to the ear wire using the BACK of the wire (the end which goes through your piercing).
